LIEN Dating Agency guarantees a refund for the purchased product upon the prior request of the Client in case of compliance with the terms of the return policy.
Each request is considered individually, on a first come, first served basis and takes time. The manager in charge of the refund will inform you about the status of the request.
After the request for a refund is approved, you will receive an email notification and a message to your personal account on the site. The return process can take anywhere from one day to two weeks, depending on the method of payment.
Refunds are possible:
1. The client will inform about this intention no later than 12 hours from the date of purchase of the service.
2. You have indicated the wrong amount, mistakenly transferred funds or decided to refuse services without using them.
3. You have decided to close your account and return the remaining amount for the subscription.
Refunds are not possible:
1. The client announced his intention to return the funds later than 12 hours after payment.
2. You are already using a paid service.
3. You close your account and the refund amount is less than 50% of the paid subscription.
4. In case the service was purchased at a discount or bundled with other products for a special promotion.
5. The client repeatedly orders a refund, making mistakes in payment or pursuing undefined goals.
To make a request for a refund, you must submit an application to the technical support mail email@example.com. The term for consideration of applications is 1-7 working days.
All commission fees and costs associated with the return of money are carried out at the expense of the Client.
